Lacbleu 2015 Coteaux Bourguignons is a light, fruity and fluid Burgundy with a beautiful crimson hue and purple undertones. This is a very typical Gamay, with floral and fruity aromas that make it so delicious. It is also wonderful, full, smooth, balanced, persistent and harmonious. The aromas of racy fruit and flowers make it a perfect match for andouillette gratin, rare duck breast with cranberries, river fish in wine sauce, grilled beef, wild boar stew with chestnuts and barbecued meat.
